I've spent almost 14 years shooting weddings across the Twin Cities and I've wanted to highlight some of my absolute favorite wedding venues! First up is The Aisling in Hudson Wisconsin. A short drive from the Twin Cities, this recently remodeled venue is all things gorgeous. White, airy and minimal with a beautiful outdoor ceremony area. They also really cater to their couples and and notably different from other golf course venues, allow several incredible areas for photos. Personal vows at the babbling brook, or dancing in the tall pines - they really do have it all. They even carted us around in a golf cart. The ultimate cherry on the sundae was the INCREDIBLE sunset grass area they took us to. I honestly found myself smiling like an idiot with how cinematic and breathtaking it was. I will also note that one of the unspoken values that should be prioritized by couples that have a medium to large wedding is the ability for the venue to move people or transition spaces. The Aisling has a perfect flow with the layout and did a great job moving guests between the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dance. Also, what places offer a golf simulator for use during the getting ready time? I mean if this was around when my husband and I got married, it would have easily been a top pick for him based on that alone ha!
Overall, this place has it all and if you book them and are looking for a hommie to capture your day, let me be your gal! Always down for this incredible space as a backdrop to your epic day.
