As a wedding photographer for 12 years, my weekends have always been about the details and story-telling. Short-Term Rental + Vacation Rental Photography

Photos are everything when booking a future guest! From the very first view, a potential guest will either click into your listing, or move onto another eye catching option. STR photos have to be accurate, but bring out the beauty and story of the space. They can't be like real estate photos, that look to maximize how large a space looks, but must be honest, inviting and cohesive. This builds trust with a future renter and leads to better reviews. I love photographing what makes your STR unique and marketable to your future renters, strengthening your overall brand.

Interior Design Photography

As a designer, you've just completed the massive task of bringing your clients desires to life.  From the textures on the bedding, to the pattern in the rugs - it's all in the glorious details. I'll work with you to capture every inch of your hard work. We'll work together to perfect the editing to have the right kind of mood for your portfolio. We can also add shots of you in the space with for branding / marketing use. All of this will be discussed during our planning before the shoot.

Brand Photography

In this digital age, photos can instantly create brand identity and take a business to the next level. Everything from headshots, product photography, creative images to use on your platforms, and anything in between. We'll work together to determine your needs to craft the perfect brand photography session.

The Process:

1. Complete the Contact Form

We will connect over email, and video (if the project requires it) to learn more about your desires.  

2. Schedule and Plan

We will book a date that works with your schedule, and I will send an in-depth questionnaire to make sure I have all the details.

3. Photograph and Delivery

Once the session is complete, you'll receive all images by email within the week of shooting.

FAQ

How Long does a session take?

Most STR sessions take around an hour to an hour and half depending on the size of the space. Branding photography can be customized based on the scope of the project.

Do I need to be present when you shoot my space?

Nope. You're more than welcome to be, but I am happy to use the questionnaire I send to you prior to the shoot, to make sure I have all the details.

Do you have a space we can shoot in for my brand session?

Sure do! I own a studio space in the Twin Cities and if it's not the right fit, we can find one that is.

How many photos will I receive?

This totally depends on the scope of the project, but typically short term rental properties receive 100+ photos, all organized by the distinct spaces in the house. All STR photos are delivered within the same week we shoot (unless otherwise noted).

Brand photo amount is also determined by the scope of the project.

What does it cost?
